 Issues 1-4 were published by Camelot Publishing Company, Los Angeles in pocket size format and edited by H Landis.

From issue number 5 (January 1971), Cover 13 changed in format to newspaper style and was re-named "Witchcraft and Sorcery" and subtitled "The Modern Magazine of Weird Tales".

Issues 5-10 were published by William L Crawford's Fantasy Publishing Company, California and edited by Gerald Page.
